Shipping Attention:
1. We only ship to the buyer's registered Paypal address. We are not responsible for any incorrect address provided.
Also, Your shipping address should be eligible for seller protection in PayPal. So we also suggest you can register a PayPal account to shop at our store.
2. Buyers have a responsibility to provide the correct shipping address, by default, we would follow the PayPal shipping address to process shipment, if buyers want to change the shipping address, please contact us before placing an order. If the item can not arrive due to the address issue, we won't refund the postage fee, so please make sure your shipping address is deliverable.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: For in-stock items, your order will be carefully packaged and usually can be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received. To reduce the cost, all items will be shipped from China via the latest and greatest international shipping service with the most economical and quick chosen of China Post/EMS/ePacket etc. Shipping time varies based on your country and the shipping method you chose. These estimated delivery time may vary slightly during product release dates or peak times during the holiday shopping season.
We ship to the most countries and regions in the world. But there are still restrictions on some products which cannot be shipped to some international destinations.
If Pre-Order items are combined with In-Stock items or other Pre-Order items on an order, The items which are in stock will be shipped first. The pre-order items will be shipped when it's ready. That would absolutely increase the shipping cost for us by doing so, but the most important thing is we care more about your desire to receive the lovely items eagerly.
A tracking number is provided for all shipments within 1-2 business days after placing a successful order. This number will be sent to you via email and if you have an account on TF-DIRECT.COM, you will be able to access this information from your accounts tab.
We are open Monday - Friday and close during the weekend and holidays. Any orders placed during the weekend or holidays will be handled when staff comes back on the next business day. If a shipment happens to fall on a holiday, it will be shipped in the following day. For the emergency orders which we are informed, they will be handled as usual no matter in the weekend or holidays.

PACKING
Q: How would you package the items?
A: In the world of TF-Direct.com, we treat everyone as a pro collector. We would not allow the slightest damage even on the corner of the original box. Your item will be first protected by thick plastic bag, then secured by bubble wrap in selected high quality carbon box, cushioned by poly foam, so no matter how hard the delivery man throws it, your item will not be damaged. Our goal is that your item arrives in your hand just as you would have bought them in a regular store.
We pay extra attention to packing and selecting high quality product.
We use custom built boxes-very thick and product is neatly taking the space instead of sliding around. We use ply foam as the second layer of protection and a high quality plastic bag to protect the box itself.
